Job Position: Customer Service Intern
Job Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- Interact with customers and to make customers feel welcome and comfortable
- Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions
- Support in resolving customer complaints.
- Follow instructions
- Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Curiosity.
- Communication.
- Confidence and firm, yet respectful.
