Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Edo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  2. Answer client inquiry & generate sales leads
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  6. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document
  9. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or related courses
  2. Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar position
  3. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  7. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary Range
N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
