Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
  2. Solving all product or service related issues of the customers.
  3. Preparing the Customer Service Guidelines
  4. Training customer care staff on customer service protocol
  5. Building relationships with customer care team members to maximize team productivity
  6. Monitoring customer and staff interactions using client relationship management software
  7. Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services.
  8. Keeping a proper record of the customers.
  9. Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
  10. Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
  11. Making products and services reports by collecting and analysing the information provided by the customers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years work experience.

N45,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
