Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Ajah, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi – Lagos

Job Description

  1. Manage in coming phone calls
  2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  8. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
  2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  3. Track record of over-achieving quota
  4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  6. Excellent communication skill
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

N60,000 – N100,000 / month.
