Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are recruiting for a Customer Service Officer who can help us achieve our company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate for this position must be willing to work as part of a dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. interface with our customers via chats and mails
  2. handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
  3. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  4. Using computerized systems to access the details of customers.
  5. Handling customer complaints, escalating to a supervisor when needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of B.Sc / HND in related field
  2. Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  3. Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
  4. Patience, ability to manage stress and negotiation skill.
  5. Open to working on Saturdays when required.
  6. Candidates around Ikeja, Ogba and Ojota axis will be preferred.
