Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. As Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing helpful information to customers, answering questions and responding to complaints/queries made by all customers.
  2. You will work closely with all departments relating to customers’ needs to ensure customer satisfaction and involved in everything towards a sale up to – but not including – the closing deal

Job Responsibilities

  1. Telephone order processing,
  2. Involved in everything towards a sale up to – but not including – the closing deal
  3. Responding to sales enquiries,
  4. Liaising with purchasing and customers regarding delivery times.
  5. Document printing/reprinting – Such as Copy Invoices/ credit notes.
  6. Sending samples to prospective customers,
  7. Managing correspondence,
  8. Answering telephone,
  9. Social media engagement with customers
  10. Preparation of sales literature and brochures for sales team,
  11. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  12. Maintain customer databases, manage administration
  13. Customer satisfaction survey – implementation and maintenance.
  14. providing data reports to assist sales team & keeping track of sales targets,
  15. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  16. Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  17. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  18. Understanding of how CRM systems work
  19. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  20. Multi-tasking abilities
  21. Patience when handling tough cases.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a BA qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 / month.
