Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
  3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
  5. Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively whilst answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Candidates must have quality Focus.
  3. Proven customer support experience.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively.
  6. Strong phone contatct handling skills and active listening.
