Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints.
  2. You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
  3. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Take customer orders and ensure they are appropriately sent to the Operations Staff and sent to the group chat.
  2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  4. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  5. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  6. Knowing our Product Services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  7. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  9. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  10. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  11. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  12. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE and other qualifications. Male and Female with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready to work attitude and ability.
  2. Min. Years of Experience: 1 – 5 years
  3. Ability to work as part of a team
  4. Result driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
  5. Ability to self-manage and self-motivate- must be a self-starter
  6. Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
  7. Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
  8. Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  9. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  10. Comfortable using computers.
  11. Experience working with customer support.
  12. Self-motivated and delivering quality work and is proactive
  13. Ability to self-manage and self-motivate. Must be a self-starter
  14. Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
  15. Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
  16. Should be a resident of Lagos state ONLY!
