Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Magodo, Lagos
Job Brief
- We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative, who can develop some of our Social Media content and is also vast in inventory management.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
Job Requirements
- Higher National Diploma holder.
- Must have experience in Sales and Social Media content/strategy or in a similar role.
- Must have the ability to create catchy content.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
- Familiar with product photography
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
