Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Maintaining cordial relationship with customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers via calls, mails and social media.
  • Resolving customer complaints and directing them to the appropriate channel.
  • Educating client on the service of the Organization.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the services of the Organization back to the management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc / B.A in any discipline
  • 1 – 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good customers service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and teachable

N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
