Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibiliites

  • Open and maintain accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  • Determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Updating account information.
  • Receiving calls and attending to customers complain and also proffering adequate solution.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / B.Tech qualification.
  • 2 years relevant work experience
