Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Okota, Lagos

Reports to: The supervisor

Job Overview

  • The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product service information answer questions and resolve every emerging issues that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  2. Closing sales that will develop into return customers and new customers.
  3. Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  4. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  5. Meeting personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Job Requirements

  1. Must have at least OND
  2. Must have at least 2 years experience as a customer service representative
  3. Must be a good team player
  4. Must possess good character traits and personality
  5. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  6. Must have customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  7. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Must live within Okota / Ago / Isolo and environs
  9. Must not be above 26 years of age.

N45,000 / Month.
