Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer incoming calls from customers.
  2. Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues.
  3. Collect copays and deductible payments.
  4. Maintain and update customer and referral information.
  5. Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  2. 3 – 4 years work experience.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to communicate calmly and diplomatically with customers, co-workers, and visitors.
  5. Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information.
  6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  7. Proficient in customer service.
  8. Knowledge of medical insurance procedures.
  9. Active listening and comprehension skills.
