Job Description

  • We’re hiring for a Customer Service Intern and we are eager to examine your resume.
  • The goal of this position is to maintain high customer satisfaction levels while ensuring great service standards and effectively handling customer queries for our company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Organize a huge number of incoming calls and clients’ requests across multiple channels (Website, emails and Social Media)
  2. providing an effective document management system
  3. To satisfy customers, determine their wants and evaluate them.
  4. Create long-lasting connections and trust with your customers by being honest and communicative with them
  5. Provide clients with necessary details about our services across different segments
  6. Use the proper techniques and instruments to provide information that is true, accurate, and comprehensive
  7. Meet phone handling quotas
  8. Deal with complaints, offer suitable remedies and substitutes within the allotted timeframes, and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
  9. Maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and filed paperwork.
  10. Observe communication protocols, rules, and policies
  11. Go above and beyond to engage with our customers professionally online and in-person

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc. in communication or a related field
  2. Female NYSC Corps member
  3. Must be a Social Media savvy
  4. Must reside in Abuja
  5. Must be available to resume immediately

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Exceptional problem-solving skills
  2. Ability to understand instructions and act with minimal supervision
  3. Knowledge about HR certification bodies is an advantage
  4. Knowledge of Human Resources Procedures is an advantage
  5. Experience providing customer support or working as a client service representative
  6. Excellent history of timely execution of tasks
  7. Active listening and strong phone contact handling skills
  8. Knowledge of CRM systems and procedures
  9. Customer-centeredness and the capacity to adjust to and react to various characters
  10. Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  11. The capacity to efficiently manage schedules
  12. Have a strong persona on the phone and in-person.
