Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product service information answer questions and resolve every emerging issues that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  2. Closing sales that will develop into return customers and new customers.
  3. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  5. Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Job Requirements

  1. Must be a good team player
  2. Must possess good character traits and personality
  3. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service representative
  4. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  5. Must have customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  6. Must have communication and presentation skills
  7. Must have at least OND
  8. Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs

N60,000 per month.
