Job Position: Customer Service Specialist

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
  2. Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
  3. Validate Withdrawals of and for Customers

Job Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc
  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Service in Fintech company (Crypto)
  • Smart and Proactive
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Ability to manage large volume of customer base and delivering quality service within defined timeline
  • Accounting experience is a plus and must
  • Proficiency with Ms Office Suites; Ms Word and Excel
  • Rotational Work schedule
  • Gender: Female is preferred
  • Must reside around Lekki, Ajah axis

N60,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
