Job Position: Sales & Customer Services Officer

Job Location: Lekki & Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generating leads.
  2. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  3. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  4. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  5. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  6. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  7. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  8. Understanding and promoting company programs.
  9. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  10. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  11. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  12. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  13. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  14. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  15. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  16. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  17. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  18. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  19. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree (B.Sc./ HND) in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Required Competencies:

  1. Excellent understanding of marketing tools & techniques across the different communication channels
  2. Hands-on experience in leading a team
  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  5. Good report writing and presentation skills
  6. Judgment and decision-making ability.
