Job Position: Customer Success Personnel

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Customer success personnel with Technical support and project management skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as Goto Person between customers and the company as it relates to After Sales Service (Sales and Technical).
  2. Provide first tier technical support services to customers.
  3. Develop and sustain customer’s loyalty.
  4. Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
  5. Follow up on customers inquiries and issue resolution.
  6. Follow up and improve on boarding process on customer projects.
  7. Manage our Customer Support Channels.
  8. Liaise with Technical support and sales team to ensure customer’s satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • A good Degree in Computer Science related discipline, Computer Engineering, Project Management or its related course from a recognized university/ polytechnic.

Work Experience:

  • Candidates should have minimum two (2) years work experience in Customer success and Technical support.

Professional Skills:
The ideal candidate should –

  1. Must be customer-centric
  2. Must be IT savvy.
  3. Must have worked as a managerial staff or team lead
  4. Have Technical skills
  5. Be customer friendly
  6. Proven knowledge of Project Management
  7. Be creative and innovative.
  8. Have team working skills.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  10. Good listening skills.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
