- Job Position: Customer Support Intern
- Job Location: Lagos
- Technical Customer Support is the first line of contact for customers looking to design and develop websites. You will be solely responsible for the onboarding of our customers and will follow up with leads till the point of conversion.
- This role will need to be filled by an individual who is committed to achieving customer success and has excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail requests for technical support
- Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
- The Technical Support intern will update tickets with the client’s communication
- Clearly identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues
- Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 1 – 2 years.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals involved in website development
- Experience in supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements/customers
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to function as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team.
- N40,000 – N 60,000 monthly.
