Job Description
- Through sales data analysis from the system of Platform, quantitatively track each BDM team and each BD’ sales performance and the target achievement process.
- Share and track each region, each BDM team, and each BD daily sales execution performance and the sales target achievement progress on an hourly basis every day, and give timely warnings to the BDs & BDMs with poor performance
- Monitor the implementation of each BD’s standardized execution of visits and sales every day. For BDs that fail to meet the standards or fail to punch sign in according to the standard action requirements, publicize and require rectification
- Make weekly report data analysis, analyze the sales target achievement and the gaps of each region and each BDM team.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking skills, strong learning ability
- Experience in sales company data analysis is preferred.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
