Job Position: Learning and Development Associate

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • The learning and development associate will be responsible for providing support to the lead on all aspects of the training business to achieve the set revenue target.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in strategy sessions to formulate strategies and action plans.
  2. Engage prospective clients on the company’s learning and development courses/programs.
  3. Assist in sourcing, negotiating and managing communication with training stakeholders (vendors, facilitators etc).
  4. Co-ordinate open courses and external training courses.
  5. Engage in performance management objectives & key result setting and execution
  6. Collate, interpret and maintain relevant data to determine training effectiveness; techniques, participants’ feedback, etc.
  7. Assist in the development of training content, calendar and programs.
  8. Handle all administrative activities pertaining to the learning and development business.
  9. Conduct post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports, and submission to relevant stakeholders
  10. Prepare training facility, including maintenance and other related administrative responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, arts, or any related field.
  • 2-4 years experience post NYSC
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary learning & development operations and business procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft suite skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional HR membership (will be an advantage)

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
