Job Position: Digital Marketer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Set up, develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization’s products and services on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and every other social media platform available and on all classified websites in the United States and Canada with the goal of increasing sales for the Organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goal.
  2. Increase sales of company products in the United States and Canada.
  3. Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  4. The ideal candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
  5. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  6. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
  8. Manage end-to-end digital projects.
  9. Establish web presence to boost brand awareness.
  10. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
  11. Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  12. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
  13. Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  14. Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools
  • Expert in social media marketing which includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook LinkedIn, Pinterest and every other social media platform available and on all classified websites in the United States and Canada.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
