Job Position: Digital Marketing Lead

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for the company, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  2. Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to drive campaign success and professional growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to ensure digital marketing efforts align with business goals and product launches.
  4. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  5. Oversee the development and execution of engaging content across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, making recommendations to enhance the company’s digital presence.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives when needed.
  9. Stay abreast of changes in digital marketing regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  3. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  4. Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising.
  5. Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to improve organic search rankings.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring marketing professionals.
  8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  10. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
