Job Description

  1. We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Edurex.
  2. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online marketing efforts to promote our educational products and services, contributing to our growth and impact in the EdTech industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM), with the goal of increasing brand visibility and user engagement.
  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertisements, tailored to our target audience.
  3. SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow Edurex’s social media presence by developing content calendars, posting regular updates, and engaging with our audience to build brand loyalty.
  5. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and retain customers.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  7. Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (10+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging digital content.
  7. Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
  8. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  9. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
