Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

- We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Edurex.
- As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online marketing efforts to promote our educational products and services, contributing to our growth and impact in the EdTech industry.
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM), with the goal of increasing brand visibility and user engagement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertisements, tailored to our target audience.
- SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Edurex’s social media presence by developing content calendars, posting regular updates, and engaging with our audience to build brand loyalty.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging digital content.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
