Job Title: Digital Services Coordinator

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Services Coordinator to lead our company’s information and communications technology unit.
• The Digital Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company’s ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking infrastructure.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our ICT systems are secure, reliable, and efficient, and that they support our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the company
2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ICT department, including hardware and software maintenance, network administration, and data management
3. Ensure the security and reliability of the company’s ICT systems, including disaster recovery and data backup procedures
4. Manage the development and implementation of new ICT systems, including hardware and software upgrades
5. Develop and maintain ICT policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
6. Manage relationships with external ICT vendors and contractors, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the ICT industry and make recommendations for improving the company’s ICT systems
8. Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2 – 5 years of experience in ICT management or a related field
• Experience with ICT security and data protection best practices
• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and firewalls
• Knowledge of Database management systems and SQL
• Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
