Job Position: Experienced Estate Manager
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate’s job includes the following:
- Managing daily operations of the estate.
- Overseeing all field operatives.
- Budget management: preparing, presenting, and managing the budget.
- Will manage repairs, renovations, and maintenance of the buildings and the grounds.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing documents, processing legal documents, preparing and presenting invoices, etc.
- Working with principal authorities to plan and manage the estate plans.
Job Requirements
- OND or HND in Estate Management
- 3 years of working experience and above
- Can work at odds hours as at when necessary.
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Vast knowledge of facility management
- Ability to work with Microsoft excel and word effectively.
- Team player
Salary
N75,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
