Job Description

  1. The Executive Assistant provides support to the MD/CEO by performing a wide variety of responsible, complex, administrative, secretarial, analytical and research duties for the team.
  2. He/she will also support the Director by effectively and confidentially managing his/her schedule. The role holder will work closely with other colleagues from multiple departments/functions to ensure cross-organisational coherence and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in relevant course
  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
  • He/she must have experience managing senior executives as well as office administration and coordination.
  • He/She must demonstrate vendor management experience.
