Job Position: Executive Assistant to the MD
Job Location: Lagos
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the MD’s office
- Responsible for booking and coordinating local and international travel for the team
- Managing the MD’s calendar
- Receiving visitors on behalf of the MD
- Filing and retrieving documents from the MD’s office
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant/Customer Service role
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
