Job Position: Experienced Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
  2. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  3. Analyze inventory data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  4. Work with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of inventory
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory documentation and records
  6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting treatment of inventory
  7. Assist with other projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment
  3. Proficient in inventory management software and Google sheet
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with beauty and wellness products and inventory management is a plus.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
