Job Position: Facilities Management Coordinator

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  1. Site services management e.g. maintenance, cleaning, utilities, parking, keys, assets, access cards, coffee machine, etc.
  2. Asset operations management.
  3. Fitting / upgrade works management.
  4. Induction/onboarding of new associates.
  5. Property insurance coordination.
  6. CO2 Neutrality end environmental topics coordination.
  7. HSE audits/controls coordination.
  8. Real Estate operations coordination.
  9. Be FCM department representative in Nigeria and support for all relevant topics.
  10. Be HSE representative for RBNG sites and support for all relevant topics.
  11. Support with all eventual topics assigned to FCM department on demand like Car fleet, postage, etc.
  12. Support remotely local Ghana team for the coordination and reporting of FCM/HSE related topics.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering Degree in a Technical related field, preferably Civil Engineering or Building Maintenance.
  • Experience required in Facility Management or building/maintenance-related topics.

Required Skills:

  1. Be man/woman of the field & strong administrator in the same time.
  2. Building maintenance knowledge.
  3. Real Estate/Construction phases.
  4. Strong coordination skills.
  5. Safety at work knowledge.
  6. Microsoft office for reports.
  7. Dynamic.
  8. Motivated.
  9. High sense of precision.
