Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- The Facility Manager is primarily concerned with the day-to-day upkeep of the properties facilities and utilities and interacts directly with tenants/occupants and safety inspectors to handle emergencies, discuss new issues or resolve disputes.
- He is responsible for maintaining the properties in the residential estate.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of BSc in a relevant course
- At least 4-5 years’ experience as a Facility Manager in the same industry
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
