Job Position: Finance Analyst / Commercial Lead
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Create investment memos, proposals, presentations, teasers, and other documents needed for investors and lenders
- Lead capital budgeting, expenditure, and planning processes
- Provide financial and commercial advice to management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis
- Create financial models to raise funds/investment and support valuation, planning, and forecasting; Scout and prospect for investors
- Support the company in all aspects of commercial decision-making, commercial aspects of contracts, financial control, and aid in contractual negotiations and discussions
- Create financial dashboards, monitor project commercial performance, and submit financial reports
- Generate and run preliminary financial models for commercial justification on capital projects
- Work with multiple departments to ensure that deliverables satisfy business requirements
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, SOPs, and dashboards
- Identify problems within our business (including through using business analysis) and suggest improvements.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
