- As the Finance Manager & Cost Controller at AutoBucks Lenders Limited, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and implementing cost control measures.
- This position requires a strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed financial decisions that align with the company’s goals. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
- Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement cost control strategies and measures to optimize expenses.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Collaborate with management to create and manage financial plans and budgets.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company’s financial stability.
- Manage working capital and make recommendations for cash flow improvements.
- Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Audits and Compliance:

- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA) is preferred with 3-7 years experience.
- Proven experience in financial management and cost control roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
