Job Position: Finance Officer (Auto Parts Company)

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The company is currently seeking to hire a Finance Officer with a basic understanding of financial principles and terms who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience.
  2. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to possess ACA/ICAN/ACA membership with an exam written. S/he should also have an understanding of accounting and financial principles and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Update internal systems with financial data
  2. Assist with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  3. Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
  4. Work with bookkeeping software.
  5. Compile and analyze data.
  6. Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about the Finance department and office operations.
  7. Participate in financial audits
  8. Review and implement financial policies
  9. Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
  10. Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  11. Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

Job Requirements

  1. HND / B.Sc in Accounting from a reputable institution
  2. Pre/Post-NYSC experience in a finance role
  3. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  4. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  5. Aptitude for math.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
  9. Highly motivated and have a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

Compensation
Base Pay BTW N80,000.00 – N100,000.00 Monthly.
