Job Description

1. We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and experienced Financial Manager to join our Finance team! You will be responsible for managing and developing the whole financial management system in our company.
2. As financial management is crucial for our company’s performance, you will play a big role in company’s growth and success.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee various accounting operations
2. Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
3. Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
4. Support month-end and year-end close process
5. Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
6. Manage the budgeting and forecasting
7. Produce financial statements as requested
8. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
9. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
10. Develop and adhere to policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

1. Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Professional qualifications such as CPA or CMA will be considered a plus
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager or similar role
4. Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
5. Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers
6. Good understanding of accounting software
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
8. Team player
9. Good time-management skills
10. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
