Job Description

  1. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic team.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cohort analysis, unit economics, financial modeling, and possess hands-on experience with tools such as QuickBooks.
  3. The role involves collaborating with various departments to support marketing and sales efforts, conducting commissions calculations, ensuring quality assurance in financial processes, and utilizing advanced data analysis techniques.

Job Responsibilities
Cohort Analysis:

  • Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate customer behavior over specific timeframes and identify trends that impact financial performance.

Unit Economics:

  • Develop and analyze unit economics to assess the profitability of individual business units, products, or services.

Financial Modelling:

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.


  • Utilize QuickBooks for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Marketing and Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Commissions Calculations:

  • Manage and calculate commissions for sales teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes within financial operations to enhance accuracy and reliability.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques, including business intelligence, ETL processes, Python, and SQL, to extract actionable insights.

Automated Reporting in CRM:

  • Develop and automate financial reports within CRM systems to facilitate real-time visibility into key performance metrics.

Daily Revenue and Cost Reporting:

  • Implement systems for daily revenue and cost reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights.

Automation with CRM:

  • Streamline and automate financial processes within CRM systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 4 – 6 years experience
  • Preferable industry experience in Financial services and professional services firm or prior experience in any of the big 4.
  • Proven experience in cohort analysis, unit economics, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills with expertise in business intelligence, ETL processes, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience in automated reporting within CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of daily revenue and cost reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
