Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests coming into the facility
  2. Provide administrative support to various departments
  3. Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  4. Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them to the intended recipients
  5. Work with the facility manager in ensuring facilities are clean and tidy
  6. Keep updated records and files
  7. Work with the Facility Manager in monitoring office supplies
  8. Monitor the activities of janitors

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria
  2. Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar capacity
  3. A female candidate is preferred
  4. Display the willingness to build a career in a corporate environment
  5. Proximity to Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island will be a huge advantage
