Job Responsibilities

• Answering the telephones, taking and maximising bookings. Meeting, greeting and seating guests.
• Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.

Job Requirements

1. Qualification: SSCE / ND
2. Applicants must reside around Garki Axis
3. Passion for the job
4. Have a year or more experience as a Front Desk.
5. Must be fluent in English.
