Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greets and welcomes customers and potential customers and directs them to the appropriate bank staff.
  2. Notifies appropriate staff when a visitor with an appointment arrives.
  3. Oversees and maintains waiting area, keeping it stocked with brochures, deposit slips, and withdrawal forms.
  4. Answers customer questions and provides general information on banking services and policies.
  5. Follows up on minor customer issues.
  6. Processes and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail for pickup.
  7. Performs clerical and administrative services for branch staff as needed.
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  2. Female candidates only.
  3. Age should be between 19 – 23 years
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to promote a positive image of the bank.
  6. Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  8. Ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations.

N3,800,000 – N5,000,000 annually
