Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ajah / Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  2. Manage online and phone reservations
  3. Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  4. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  5. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  6. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  7. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an OND qualification
  2. At least 6 months of experience.
  3. Must reside around Lekki/Ajah.

N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
