Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
  2. Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
  3. Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints
  4. Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
  5. Receive letters, and packages and send them to the appropriate destination
  6. Prepare and manage outgoing mail
  7. Check, sort and forward emails
  8. Monitor office supplies
  9. Make supply orders when needed
  10. Monitor and update records and files
  11. Monitor and log office expenses and costs

Job Qualifications

  1. First Degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria
  2. Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience in a similar capacity
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  5. A female candidate is preferred.
