Job Position: Front Desk Representative / Receptionist
Location: Oba – Akran, Ikeja, Lagos
- We are looking for a pleasant front desk representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- 1 – 2 years of relevance work experience
- B.Sc / HND in Humanities
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk office representative or similar role
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suites i.e. Microsoft word, Excel
- Solid written and verbal communication and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Customer service attitude
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Hands -on experience with office equipment ( e.g. printers ,photocopying machine)
- Perform other delegated assignments
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Working Hours : Monday- Friday ( 9am – 6pm) and Saturday ( 9am -3.30pm).
