Job Position: Graduate Customer Care Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.

N32,000 to N40,000 monthly
