Job Position: Female Graduate Trainee (Accountant)

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Maintaining records and receipts for all daily transactions.
  2. Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  3. Managing accounting activities including bank reconciliations accounts payable and accounts receivable
  4. Monitoring project cost budget utilization and reporting on the same
  5. Monitoring and reporting on departmental budget utilization
  6. Collaborate with the treasury and other team members on balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  7. Work on the organization’s internal controls and financial reporting
  8. Fulfill other finance & accounting requests as requested by management and Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum academic qualification of a University Degree in Finance, Accounting.
  2. High proficiency in MS Excel
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. The successful candidate will be highly organized and methodical, with excellent interpersonal skills
  6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels to achieve results.
