  • This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical operations and network infrastructure of a telecom company. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the company’s telecommunications networks and systems.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies for network infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.
  2. Oversee planning, installation, configuration, and optimization of network equipment.

  4. Implement network monitoring and management tools for issue resolution.
  5. Conduct regular capacity planning and collaborate on network architecture definition.

  7. Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
  8. Implement robust security measures and stay updated on threats and standards.
  9. Establish disaster recovery plans and conduct audits and assessments.

  11. Monitor industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and drive implementation.
  12. Enhance network capabilities and customer experience.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in senior-level technical and network management roles within the telecommunications industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of telecommunications networks, protocols, technologies, and standards.
  4. Strong understanding of network security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  5. Demonstrated experience in network planning, optimization, and capacity management.
  6. Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in telecommunications, such as 5G, cloud computing, and virtualization.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Proven track record in leading and managing technical teams, including remote and cross-functional teams.
  10. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
