- Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Conducting market research and analyzing customer insights to identify growth opportunities and target key customer segments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to implement growth initiatives.
- Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as paid search, social media, and email marketing.
- Utilizing analytics tools and data-driven insights to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive actionable recommendations.
- Conducting A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging growth opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Presenting growth strategies and performance updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in marketing or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within the fintech or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of growth marketing strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to identify growth opportunities.
