Job Position: Head of Finance

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Forecasting financial results.
2. Conducting risk management.
3. Evaluating and initiating investments.
4. Prepare financial statement analysis.
5. Allocating resources and managing finances.
6. Recommending cost reduction strategies.
7. Oversee and optimize all finance management processes.
8. Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
9. Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
10. Consult board members about funding options.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a head of finance or a similar position.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
4. Experience in investment banking is an added advantage.
5. Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
6. Knowledge of accounting software.
7. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
8. Effective leadership qualities.
