Job Description

  1. We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, business management, and people management.
  2. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our real estate operations while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate company, including property management, leasing, maintenance, and renovations.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  3. Collaborate with CEO to set and ensure achievement of these goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Manage and mentor staff to ensure they are meeting performance goals and operating effectively.
  6. Develop and manage the financial budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
  7. Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing real estate operations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate into the company’s operations.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
  2. Minimum of 9 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  3. Previous experience in a real estate operations is a plus.
  4. Strong people management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams to deliver excellent results.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and KPIs.
  7. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing real estate operations.
  8. Experience with property management software and other industry-specific tools.
  9. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  10. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people at different levels.
