Job Description

  1. A sophisticated and well-connected individual with extensive personal client relationships is needed to run the sales division focused on HNIs, institutional investors and corporates.
  2. This candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding very high sales targets in the financial services or similar industry and building long-term relationships with key counterparties.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Product sales and marketing
  2. Client relationship management
  3. Marketing strategy development
  4. Recruitment, management and mentorship of sales staff
  5. Create and organize client events.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
  • 4 -10 years’ experience selling financial products and services
  • Extensive client relationships and contacts in the HNI, institutional investor and corporate market
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to recruit and lead a high-performance sales team
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
