Job Description
- We are looking to urgently employ the services of an experienced individual who will be responsible for delivering on all facets of resourcing and on-boarding processes.
Job Requirement
- First degree in Business Administration, Law, Politics, Social Sciences, etc. (MBA & MSC is an added advantage)
- Any relevant professional certifications. (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
- Previous experience in running a recruitment and outsourcing department; sound knowledge of the business of outsourcing and recruitment, payroll management, business development, etc.
- Must be able to continually provide top-class talents as outsourced to the company’s clients.
- Must be able to facilitate the onboarding and seamless integration of new staff into the system.
- Must be able to plan and organize recruitment campaigns, set up a talent database and recruitment channel system.
- 5 years Experience.
